Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery Times and Rates

We currently offer two shipping methods within the European Union:

Express Shipping

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days

  • Price: €7.40

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days

  • Price: €4.90

Free Shipping

  • Orders that include two or more items qualify for free shipping, automatically applied at checkout.

Important Note on High-Demand Periods

During periods of high demand, both international and domestic orders may take up to 20 business days to be delivered.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to your email once your package is dispatched.
You can track your order using the provided link in your confirmation email.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to Belgium and other EU countries.
If you're shopping from outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • In case of a returned package due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the reshipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
